Oh Do Kwan Martial Arts teaches Olympic-style sparring. This type of sparring is “free form” fighting using the hand and foot techniques we teach you.  Although competitions are not mandatory, we encourage our students to attend.  Our goal is more than just “grabbing the Gold.”  In competition one learns how to defend themselves against others who have different fighting techniques and strategies.  This enables you to become more confident and gain more control in any aggressive situation.
